How QtmTrade works
Everything on one page. Short on purpose. If something here is wrong, the code wins.
The Qtm Vault
The Qtm Vault is a quantum-resistant vault: a Solana account that only a hash-based one-time signature can spend from. Your trading wallet signs with Ed25519, like every Solana wallet, and a large enough quantum computer is expected to break Ed25519 one day. The vault's spending key is a chain of Keccak-256 hashes instead (Winternitz one-time signatures): nothing for that computer to break.
Open source with a reproducible build, so anyone can check that the bytes on chain are the bytes in the repo. An independent audit is in progress and the upgrade authority is not yet frozen, so for now a vault may hold up to a set amount.
- Your trading wallet is a normal Solana wallet. Only what is inside the vault gets the hash-based key. Your trading wallet, the chain's validators and anything in flight through Jupiter stay as they are.
- 24 words, made in your browser. QtmTrade never sees them. Confirm three, then optionally add a passphrase: QtmTrade keeps an encrypted copy (Argon2id + AES-256-GCM, done in your browser) so you can unlock from any device. The backup is exactly as strong as the passphrase.
- Deposits are plain transfers. SOL and any Token or Token-2022 coin, from your QtmTrade wallet with one signature, or from anywhere to the vault's permanent address. No words needed. Vault it on a position or after a sell prefills the deposit, and Auto-sweep sends a share of every sell straight in.
- Withdrawals use one key each. Two signatures from your QtmTrade wallet (stage, then spend) plus one use of the current one-time key; the vault rotates to the next key on its own. The vault stays unlocked in your tab for 10 quiet minutes, locks on sign-out, and asks you to confirm any address that is not your QtmTrade wallet character by character.
- Honest limits. Lost words (and passphrase) mean lost funds; QtmTrade cannot recover them. Coins with a transfer hook, confidential transfers, a permanent delegate or the non-transferable flag cannot go in. It is a quantum-resistant vault, not a “quantum wallet”.
What QtmTrade is
QtmTrade is a Solana trading terminal built for the day today's keys stop working. Trade every coin with a 0% QtmTrade fee, then move what you want to keep into the Qtm Vault. Calls with live position badges, a lobby and a leaderboard keep the trading social.
- Vault is the Qtm Vault: open it, deposit, withdraw, back it up.
- Play is the terminal: search, chart, buy and sell, who is calling it.
- Launches is the board of new pairs, almost-bonded curves and graduated coins, with one-tap quick buys.
- Lobby is the feed: calls, trades, your positions.
- Leaderboard ranks real PnL on QtmTrade. Not followers, not screenshots.
- Launch makes a coin in a minute and pays you on every trade.
Getting started
- Press Sign in and sign in with email, Google, X or a Solana wallet. If you do not bring a wallet, a QtmTrade wallet is made for you. Keys live with Privy, not on our server.
- Pick your username in the account menu. You get one shot, so pick well: it is also your invite link.
- Open the account menu, copy your deposit address and send SOL from any wallet or exchange. It shows up within seconds.
- Open a coin, type an amount in dollars, press Buy. Confirmed in seconds, with the receipt on Solscan.
- Open Vault to make your Qtm Vault, then move what you want to keep into it.
Trading
Buys and sells are routed through Jupiter for the best price on Solana. Coins still on a QtmTrade bonding curve trade straight through the curve. Either way the trade panel shows the route, the price impact and your slippage before you sign.
- Buy is typed in dollars; the SOL is worked out at the live price. Sell is in tokens, with a Max button.
- Quotes refresh every 12 seconds. A trade can confirm, fail with the on-chain reason, or expire, in which case nothing was spent.
- Every confirmed trade is recorded. That record drives your position, your PnL, the faces on the chart, the feed and the leaderboard. Average-cost basis, realized plus unrealized.
- Quick buy on Launches ($5 to $100) is the same flow in one tap.
- QtmTrade charges 0% on trades. You pay the Solana network fee, plus the pool's own fee if the coin is on a curve.
Fees at a glance
| Trading on QtmTrade | 0% | Only the Solana network fee (a fraction of a cent) and any pool fee the coin itself charges. |
| The Qtm Vault | network fee only | Opening a vault pays its rent (about 0.002 SOL, kept in the vault). Deposits and withdrawals pay the network fee. |
| Trading a coin on its curve | 1.25% to 12.5% | The pool fee the creator picked. Split creator / QtmTrade / Meteora per the table below. |
| Launching a coin | 0 SOL to us | You pay the network and rent costs of making the pool and your own dev buy. |
| Invites | free | A fee share for referrers is coming. |
| Signup bonus | we pay you | $2 in SOL after a qualifying X post. |
| Deposits and withdrawals | network fee only | Send and receive SOL like any wallet. |
Launching a coin
Name it, pick a ticker and a logo, choose your creator fee from 0 to 9%, optionally buy first in the same transaction, sign once. Your coin starts on a Meteora Dynamic Bonding Curve and graduates at about $15K market cap into a locked liquidity pool. Nobody can buy before your dev buy, because it is in the same transaction as the pool.
The pool fee is charged on every trade of your coin. Meteora keeps 20% of it; the rest is split between you and QtmTrade. After graduation the fee keeps flowing from the locked pool (capped at 10% by the program for the top tiers).
| Creator fee | Pool fee on every trade | QtmTrade | Meteora |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0% | 1.25% | 1% | 0.25% |
| 1% | 2.5% | 1% | 0.5% |
| 2% | 3.77% | 1.03% | 0.75% |
| 3% | 5% | 1% | 1% |
| 4% | 6.25% | 1% | 1.25% |
| 5% | 7.52% | 1.02% | 1.5% |
| 6% | 8.81% | 1.06% | 1.76% |
| 7% | 10.05% | 1.05% | 2.01% |
| 8% | 11.35% | 1.09% | 2.27% |
| 9% | 12.5% | 1% | 2.5% |
- Supply is 1,000,000,000 with 6 decimals, SOL quote, mint authority revoked, metadata immutable.
- Your earnings show on the coin page as “Creator earned”, with a Claim now button while the coin is on its curve.
- The dev buy is capped at 10 SOL for now.
Invites
Your username is your invite link: qtmtrade.com/@you. Anyone who opens any of your profile links (or any page with ?ref=you) and signs up within 30 days counts as your referral.
- First link wins: the first referral link a browser opens is the one that counts, and it is set once at sign-up, forever.
- You cannot refer yourself, and only new accounts can be referred.
- Sign-ups from your own network are kept but marked “under review” before any reward counts.
- Invite shows clicks, unique visitors, sign-ups, traders, trades, volume, coins launched, who is active, and a 30-day chart.
- A share of the fees your referrals pay, sent to your wallet, is coming.
The signup bonus
Free SOL for telling people. $2 worth, paid in SOL at the live price, straight to your QtmTrade wallet.
- Link an X account with a blue check and at least 100 followers.
- Post on X with the prefilled text: the project tag and the token contract.
- Paste the link to your post.
- Keep it up for 10 minutes. We check the post is still there and the account still qualifies, then the SOL is sent.
- One per person, per X account and per wallet. Deleting the post before the check means no payout.
- Every payout is public on Payouts with its Solscan link.
- When the X check cannot run automatically, a human looks at it. That can take longer than 10 minutes.
Wallet safety
- Your QtmTrade wallet is an embedded Solana wallet managed by Privy. Your key is split and never sits in one place; QtmTrade's server never sees it. It is a normal Solana wallet: the Qtm Vault is the part that is quantum-resistant.
- You sign every transaction yourself. A trade, a launch or a claim is one signature, and you see what it does first.
- Keep only what you are trading in the QtmTrade wallet. What you want to keep belongs in the Qtm Vault or a hardware wallet. Withdraw any time from the account menu.
- Nobody from QtmTrade will ever DM you for a seed phrase, a password or a “verification” transfer. Anyone who does is a scammer.
- Memecoins can go to zero. Trade what you can lose. Faces on the chart tell you who is in; they do not tell you it will go up.
FAQ
+−How is the Qtm Vault safe from quantum computers?
Every Solana wallet signs with an Ed25519 key, and that curve is exactly what a large enough quantum computer breaks. The Qtm Vault never uses one. Its spending authority is a one-time hash-based signature, the same family the post-quantum standards are built on, and every key is used once and retired on the spot. Hash functions have no known quantum shortcut, so what you put in the vault is protected by math that holds today, not by a promise about tomorrow. The program is open source and live on mainnet; the address is above.
+−Why not make the whole wallet quantum-resistant?
Because Solana itself checks an Ed25519 signature on every transaction, and no wallet can change what the chain verifies. The vault sidesteps that: the chain only checks that our program approved the spend, and the program checks the hash-based signature. That is the part that can be made quantum-resistant right now, so we did. Trade from your normal wallet, keep what matters in the vault.
+−I lost my vault words.
If you made the passphrase backup, unlock with the passphrase and write the words down again. If not, nobody can recover the vault, QtmTrade included. That is the point of the design: no key on any server, nothing to subpoena, nothing to leak.
+−Has the vault been audited?
An independent audit is in progress. In the meantime the program is open source, builds reproducibly, and the bytes on mainnet match the published hash, so anyone can check what is running. A per-vault cap applies until the audit report is published.
+−Do I need a wallet to look around?
No. Play, Launches, coin pages, the Lobby, the Leaderboard and Stats are public. Sign in to trade, call it, follow, launch and open a vault.
+−Can I use my own wallet?
Yes. Pick “wallet” at sign-in and connect any Solana wallet. Trades are signed by it.
+−Where is my PnL from?
From every trade you make on QtmTrade, average-cost basis. Trades made elsewhere are not counted, so the board stays honest.
+−Why does my call show no badge?
Badges show only while you still hold the coin. Sold out means no badge.
+−Can I change my username?
No, it is set once. It is your invite link and your profile address, so it has to stay put.
+−When does my coin graduate?
When the curve fills, at about $15K market cap. Liquidity moves into a Meteora pool and locks forever. You keep earning fees.
+−I was referred but the referrer says I am not on their list.
The first link your browser opened wins, and the cookie lasts 30 days. If you cleared cookies or used another browser, the link did not stick.
+−Something is wrong with my bonus.
Check the reason on the Bonus page. Deleted posts, missing tags and accounts without a blue check do not pay. Manual reviews take longer.
